For collections with recorded audio, I start by listening. Vows, speeches and the voices of your people help shape the story. Base takes a different approach, built around the images and music. Your selected collection determines the coverage and films included.

Planning a New York Wedding

Do you travel to New York City?
Yes. I’m based in Park City, Utah, and serve couples getting married in New York City. Share your date and venue so I can check availability and discuss the coverage that fits your plans.
How is travel handled?
Travel is additional. I’ll provide an estimate for your wedding location and timing for you to approve. The approved travel amount is added to the final contract and invoice.
Can you film our welcome party or rehearsal dinner?
Tell me about the full weekend when you inquire. We can discuss coverage for those events and confirm it in your proposal and contract. Additional events are included only when they’re part of your agreed collection.
What if our day takes us to several venues?
Send the ceremony and reception locations, plus any portrait stops you’re considering. We’ll review the timeline and movement between them together, with the hours and crew confirmed in your agreed package.
Does every collection include vows and speeches?
Audio and deliverables vary by collection. Base is built around images and music; collections with recorded audio use it to help tell your story. The public collections page explains the options, and your proposal confirms what’s included.
How do we reserve our date?
Start by inquiring so I can confirm availability and prepare the next step. Your date is reserved once your contract is signed and your retainer is paid.
