THE FILMMAKER
Let me introduce myself: My name is Connelly, a filmmaker from Southern California who quite literally NEVER thought I would be filming weddings worldwide.
I was just 14 when I found an old camera tucked away in my parents’ house. Inside the bag were little notes teaching how to use it. A few days later, I was completely hooked and basically never put it down.
What started as a love of cameras and documenting my life slowly turned to documenting peoples love. As a freshman in high school, I was filming weddings while my mom dropped me off and picked me up after the reception.
Storytelling is at the core of everything I do. When I make a wedding film, I’m not just focused on the pretty shots or posing you to look good — I’m constantly thinking about what will matter to you. The sounds, the energy, and the in-between moments that made your day yours. I’ve been lucky to travel all over the world capturing love stories, but the goal is always the same: to create a film that is authentic to you.
Love is meant to be felt deeply, and celebrated loudly.

BEYOND THE WEDDING DAY
A couples shoot is the perfect way to achieve 2 things. First, it allows us a moment before your wedding to connect on a deeper level. To get out and do something together, laugh a little, prep a little, and chat more wedding day details. Second, it allows me the chance to capture your love beyond your wedding day. Little laughs and tender moments on a day and in a location away from your wedding day. Filming these moments adds to who you guys are in your film and helps tell your story just a little better!
THE DETAILS THAT MATTER
What makes me a little different? I know there's a lot of people to choose from to capture your day so let me tell you something a little different about me. Being in the industry for just over 13 years I have learned that while technology almost always works, there are times where it fails you when you need it most which is why during the most important moments I not only have 1 backup going, but 2 backups. During speeches and your ceremony I have anywhere from 2-3 cameras up at the same time with 2-3 different audio recordings going. That way if one fails, there are 2 more versions I can pull from to use. Redundancy is HUGE for me, especially on a day we can't remake or relive. Your footage is stored on 3 devices, 1 my main hard drive I edit from, 2 a backup hard drive in my office, and 3 a massive 48TB hard drive I keep in a fireproof safe. I know it sounds a tad intense but being in the industry this long i've seen, and heard of too many stories where people have lost footage. Fortunately it has not happened to me yet but i'm ready for just about anything!
A FEW GOOD QUESTIONS
I don't believe my services should change in price based on location or a specific client, which is why I don't include travel. Instead I estimate what travel will be based on location, and time of year then add that onto your package upon signing and paying your retainer. In the case that travel exceeds the estimated amount I cover that out of my own pocket.
Absolutely! I honestly prefer meeting over anything else, making it a little more personal. That's the goal really, how can I create an experience for you guys that leaves you feeling like you have a new best friend! Send me an email including your preferred package, dates, venue, and a little bit about yourself.
The normal delivery is between 6-8 weeks. Usually I will have some teasers, postcards, and maybe an instagram reel to show within a week, sometimes even next day!
Absolutely! Normally, I require an upfront payment of 30% of the total amount to secure your date. However, if you’d prefer to pay in instalments, I am
happy to tailor a payment plan that works for you. Whether that means breaking it into a few instalments, or arranging something else that fits your needs.
