Transport & accommodation
Fixed travel fee: $2,500, covering flights, ground transport and accommodation for the quoted coverage. I’ll personally cover any travel costs above $2,500 out of pocket, so there will be no additional travel charges. I’ll coordinate bookings with your planner once the private-house address and event timings are confirmed.
